Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Prepare the Equipment Qualification/Validation Plan and liaisons with respective facility to perform the activities as per approved protocol
∎ To Prepare the Equipment, Machine and Utility system Qualification / Validation Protocol as and when required
∎ To Execute the Qualification Documents (IQ, OQ & PQ) for new Equipment’s, Machines & SystemsTo Execute the Qualification Documents (IQ, OQ, PQ & RQ) for existing Equipment’s, Machines & Systems
∎ To Execute the Yearly Validation/ Qualification for Utility System such as HVAC System, Water System, CAS, N2 etc
∎ To Execute Thermal mapping for Autoclave, DHS, DHT, Lyophilizer, Warehouse, Stability Chamber etc
∎ To Execute the planned Calibration activities as per approved schedule & procedure for Process, IPC & Utility services Machines & Equipment’s
∎ To Prepare the Calibration report from the raw data and ensure the Calibrated Label are affix with the Calibrated Instruments/ Devices
∎ To Check the SOP/s & FORM/s list; Prepare / review the SOP/s as and when required
∎ To Update the machines & equipment list as and when required and ensure the ID number for new items as per approved SOP
∎ To Maintain Liaison with Calibration & Testing Accreditation bodies
∎ To Communicate with 3rd party / Supply Chain Dept. for job related activities
∎ To perform External and internal audit facing and prepare related documents
∎ To Prepare the Purchase Requisition, Issue Requisition though ERP System
∎ To Train up the subordinate towards excellent work performance and developing
