Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are ordered in a timely manner.
∎ • Ensure cost-effective procurement of all the materials required for constructions as per the established procurement process.
∎ Monitoring and cross-checking of materials rate from real market source & other companies.
∎ Maintain a very good relationship with the suppliers & fetch new suppliers to ensure the best for the company.
∎ Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ Evaluate vendor performance based on cost, quality, and delivery and develop plans to improve supplier performance.
∎ Maintain warehouse and distribution operations as per policies and procedures.
∎ Responsible to ensure that documentation of incoming stocks are properly handled and accurately checked upon receipt.
∎ Supervise loading & unloading procedure of all materials/goods/commodities and keep record.
∎ Responsible to ensure complete and accurate receipt and documentation of all stocks returned upon delivery.
∎ Conduct physical stock checking and verify with updated inventory/stock statement.
∎ Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders properly.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock report properly.
∎ Understand and support store operations, policies and procedures and ensure effective co-ordination with all concerned departments related to store operation.
∎ Should able to entering data & preparing of management reports based on computerized inventory / ERP system.
