∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Graduated from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, SUST, AUST, IUT will get preferences.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MICROSOFT OFFICE, MS Project
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Monitoring, QC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting project in regulate interval as QC engineer.
∎ Preparation of QC presentation for designated projects.
∎ Conducting engineering material testing along with report analysis and documentation.
∎ Preparing and assisting in arranging QC training for all engineers.
∎ Checking and documentation of QC checklist reports for all projects.
∎ Performing any drafting and analysis works related to the QC department.
∎ Preparing Master Program by MS Project for different projects with resource allocation.
∎ Performing any kind of additional related tasks assigned by the Departmental Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a fair knowledge of building construction materials specification and standards.
∎ Well conversant regarding building construction work sequence, procedure, and codes.
∎ Should have minimum knowledge of estimation and rate analysis.
∎ Minimum knowledge needed regarding BNBC, ACI, ASTM codes.
∎ Should have good knowledge of ERP systems.
∎ Minimum idea regarding construction material audit process.
Salary: Negotiable
