Job Context:
∎ We are committed to enhancing the daily lives of our customers by providing cutting-edge technology and smart solutions. We are currently seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for our Distributions team within the Gadget & Small Appliance division.
∎ As an Executive/Senior Executive in the Distributions team, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our distribution network. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure efficient distribution of our products, maintain strong relationships with distributors, and contribute to the growth of our Gadget & Small Appliance Department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and coordinate the distribution of Gadget & Small Appliance products to various distributors and retailers.
∎ Identify and evaluate potential distributors, negotiate agreements, and establish partnerships to expand the company's distribution network.
∎ Ensure the availability of products in the market by maintaining optimal inventory levels and timely deliveries.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement distribution strategies that support sales objectives.
∎ Monitor distributor performance and provide support, training, and incentives to meet or exceed distribution targets.
∎ Handle distributor inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the distribution channel.
∎ Prepare and maintain accurate records of distribution activities, inventory, and sales data.

∎ Festival Bonus: 75% of Gross Salary (Pro- Rata Basis)
