Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with different Departments Communications regular basis with Land Owners and Clients regarding the Project Progress, Payments, etc.
∎ Documentation & dealing regarding Allotment, Ownership, Change, Registration, Cancellation Etc.
∎ Customer’s home loan processing, documentation and communication with clients and the Banks and NBFI.
∎ Receiving Customer’s complaints, Observation etc and resolving with proper communications with concerned Departments.
∎ Apartment and Project handover related documentation, communication and execution.
∎ Giving support to Revenue section for collection if needed.
∎ Work independently and also as part of a team thus contributing in the performance of the Company’s Customer Services & Revenue Dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Highly confident, strong business sense and industry expertise
