∎ Follow up on leads from various sources to identify potential customers.
∎ Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing tools to reach target audiences.
∎ Understand customer query and provide information.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to analyze market trends and adjust campaigns accordingly.
∎ Manage customer data and interactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
