Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed estimate, BOQ and budget (civil, plumbing) as per drawing and requirement of the project
∎ Conduct rate analysis and preparation of schedule
∎ Collect the drawings and related information and solve any problem by discussing with concerned department
∎ Collect utility related documents from logistics department and other departments as appropriate
∎ Conduct market survey to source materials and rate collection
∎ Prepare and revise master schedule and prepare presentation for management before implementation with all the required information
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ In-depth understanding about construction materials and project works
∎ Critical thinking and influencing skills
∎ People leadership
∎ Coordination and collaboration skills
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
