Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Major Job Role:
∎ A) Retail Showroom Management
∎ · Operational Oversight: Ensure the day-to-day operations of retail showrooms are efficient and meet organizational standards.
∎ · Compliance and Safety: Ensure all showrooms comply with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
∎ · Ensure all types of rental agreements & Govt License work activities
∎
∎ B) Project Management
∎ · Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for new retail projects or renovations.
∎ · Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project execution, monitor progress· Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality standards are met.
∎ · Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

∎ C) Administrative Functions
∎ · Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of retail showroom facilities.
∎ · Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
∎ · Reporting: Generate regular reports on showroom performance, project status, and administrative activities for senior management.
