Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting the interview session (from interview calling to employee placement) .
∎ Have to perform all joining formalities regarding all selected candidates.
∎ Must have the knowledge to efficiently manage the employees personal file and proper documentation.
∎ Updating the internal database.
∎ Responsible for Check and verify the daily attendance of the employee and administration leave management.
∎ Assist the supervisor to circulate different types of notice, office order etc.
∎ Assist the supervisor to gather the payroll data regarding monthly salary process.
∎ Assist the manager for develop training and onboarding materials.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management/department head for time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Candidates should have knowledge on General HR, Recruitment Process, Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Experience from hospital background will get preference.
∎ Energetic and self driven to work under pressure
∎ Must have knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Office, Ward .
