Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle request, feedback and queries quickly, professionally, report to superiors.
∎ Look offer housekeeping department & hospital cleanliness.
∎ Maintain daily task, provide reminders as guided.
∎ Maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, events with entertainments.
∎ Maintain roster duty as instructed and solve all sorts of problems raised with the help of superiors.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with all department.
∎ Delegate tasks as appropriate to others members of the team.
∎ Maintain the patient safety, food & other facility as per the hospital policy.
∎ Communicate for external & internal affair.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experiences with the knowledge of office management.
∎ Strong computer knowledge.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily works.
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher management.
