Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE / EEE/ CSE/ Telecom/ ETE from any reputed Institute / University is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out Lab operation according to standard operating procedure to ensure that safety regulations are followed.
∎ Required to assemble samples and planning that are needed for testing according to requirement of each project stage.
∎ Communication with quality engineer and other engineers for smooth operation of the project.
∎ On site quality control plan and arrangement, supervision/guidance and training of inspection skills
∎ On site unqualified material statistics, determine, analysis the reason and make improvement measures which related with quality department
∎ Communicate with related functional departments, coordination, find out the quality failure reason, synergy and urge relevant departments to formulate improvement plan;
∎ Be responsibility for tracking and confirming each department to make corrective and preventive measures;
∎ On site the homemade inspection fixture design and production;
∎ On site quality audit;
∎ On site quality meeting presided over;
∎ Process inspection work instruction and inspection specifications revised
∎ To organize, preserve, present & record the results of the tests in a systematic way & logical manner on regular basis
∎ Product quality check as per given standard
∎ Find out Handset problem after OQC & Root cause analysis
∎ Handle any issue pertaining to external quality issue
∎ Conduct quality audit periodically
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ SMT Experience.
∎ People management in factory production
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in both Bengali and English & presentation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Able to lead the team, give feedback & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within given lead time
