To reach our destination we are looking for the person with right attributes for the following position:
∎ Job Location: Plant, Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive and check incoming products and supplies (from suppliers and other organization) and ensure quality and standards of the products and supplies
∎ To ensure proper storage of products by standard warehouse running documents and procedures and to locate the products by categorized lay-out
∎ To maintain storage space clean and tidy stacking of boxes and ensure correct room temperature and level of moisture by keeping daily track records
∎ To arrange picking, sorting and packing of Products for distribution to various destination with the help of Stock Controller
∎ To monitor drugs' expiry date and minimum stock level in order to protect the supply rupture and report findings to Warehouse Administrator
∎ To oversee the destruction process of expired/unused medicines and drugs in line with drug disposal policy
∎ Other tasks and duties duly requested by Warehouse Administrator as related to the management of Stock
∎ To ensure health safety and GMP
∎ To take physical count time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of relevant experience in the same position in any reputed Pharmaceutical Company
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required Strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ A high level of computer literacy (Office Suite) and presentation skills
∎ Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Salary: Negotiable
