Job Context:
∎ Job Type - Office Desk Job
∎ Work Schedule: 6 days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
∎ This is a full-time on-site job
∎ Attending a physical interview is a must
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and prepare all sorts of business reports for the CEO.
∎ Prepare all sorts of presentations as required and requested by him.
∎ Give intellectual support to him e.g. content writing, communication, etc.
∎ Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the meetings’ schedules, agendas, minutes, actions summary, etc.
∎ Maintain his calendar, and schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.
∎ Assist in fixing appointments with government/private/business/other organizations.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, executives, and employees.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing communications e.g. emails, messages, calls, professional correspondence, notes, memos, office orders, office circulars, etc. Prioritize and respond to messages on behalf of the CEO.
∎ Responsible for handling all domestic and international travel-related arrangements.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending essential issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ May be negotiable for highly qualified candidates.
