∎ Training/Trade Course: EGP, Marketing, Procurement.

∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Permanent.
∎ Probation Period: 06 (Six Month).
∎ Workplace: Office Chawkbazar, but if the company needs you can go anywhere in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
∎ Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
∎ Contribution in cost and price calculations.
∎ Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
∎ Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
∎ Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.
∎ Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement. Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice.
∎ Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third-party contracts.
∎ Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Tender, E-gp, Estimate. Govt. Work.
∎ Practical experience in a similar position advantageous.
∎ Strong time-management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
∎ Well-developed negotiation skills.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
