∎ Ability to operate CRM software
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Product Sales, Membership card sales.
∎ 2.Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective pertaining to the client's business customers
∎ 3.Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ 4.Explain the products and services to the customers.
∎ 5.Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ 6.Refer under solve customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ 7.Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basis
∎ 8.Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads
∎ 9.Handle customers in a good manner.
∎ 10.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ 11.Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
∎ 12.Ability to achieve KPIs by performing the daily tasks assigned by the line manager
