Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Any, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Any

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately and visitor & customer record maintain.
∎ Keeps the record of all employees going out and duration of their stay at out-sides.
∎ Receiving and answering the calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ Keep appointment records and reminding respective person/department.
∎ Maintaining presentable Front Desk Area by ensuring cleanliness & tidy stuff
∎ Has the understanding of operation for PABX system.
∎ Maintaining registers of all incoming calls, messages, visitor logs etc.
∎ Shall be Responsible to keep all types of record relating to Front / Reception Desk.
∎ To attend corporate affairs, Training and Meeting Customer handling over the phone and work with Customer Care Team based on requirement.
∎ File, retrieve and update relevant documents, records and reports as required.
∎ Provide regular feedback/updates on the progress of given assignments.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years

∎ Candidates must be well conversant with computer knowledge (MS word; MS Excel; MS outlook, Internet, etc.)
