∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ, Civil Construction, Raw Materials Measurement Survey
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physically checking actual work volume and correction Measurement Book (MB) for quantity ensures any civil item in the project.
∎ Investigate various type of work like labor work, dismantling work, wastage quantity check, re-work any civil item & scarp selling purpose.
∎ Properly calculate quantity of civil item & running abstract bill & estimate.
∎ Item wise labor rate check as per approved rate schedule.
∎ Prepare the estimate & rate analysis of additional work for the various project.
∎ Estimating & Analyzing of daily market labor requirement.
∎ Monthly progress report preparation for running project.
∎ The value of quantity, paid amount & advance amount check before any sub-contractors and suppliers all bill payment in the ERP Software.
∎ Time to time project inventory audit & reporting at project.
∎ Report Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
Salary: Negotiable
