Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation From any recognized university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customers and suppliers Via Online.
∎ Prioritize incoming cases from application users to gather info, understand the issue then resolve, route, or replicate in accordance with client requirement.
∎ Become proficient in Product functionality and stay up to date with new releases/functionality.
∎ Understand the interaction of all Enterprise Platform components and each supported version.
∎ Deliver great support and help solve customer problems via email, phone and screen sharing with customer focused attitude.
∎ Troubleshoot issues and escalate appropriately urgent items.
∎ Provide Feedback into online Help where information is lacking.
∎ Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidates having 2 years of experience will get preference.
∎ Must be willing to work in Evening Shift and Night Shift.
∎ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills plus strong troubleshooting skills are essential.
∎ Knowledge of Mac OS, Windows, and Mobile device expertise desired (iOS, Android and Windows).
∎ Detail oriented and able to manage several tasks at once.
∎ Must possess an ability to be collaborative with, and communicate clearly and effectively, with all types and levels of customers.
∎ Must maintain positive attitude when dealing with customers.

Salary:
∎ Starting with BDT 15,000.
