Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with customers and suppliers Via Online.
∎ Hardworking and has the ability to work a long time on- desk.
∎ Skilled in Fulltime online and onscreen customer support.
∎ Need English communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of Basic computer programs.
∎ Become proficient in Product functionality and stay up to date with new releases/functionality.
∎ Deliver great support and solve customers' problems via email and Skype.
∎ Troubleshoot issues and escalate appropriately.
∎ Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidates having 2 years of experience will get preference.
∎ Candidates should know: It's a Hong Kong and UAE based IT Company.
∎ Detail oriented and able to manage several tasks at once.
∎ Must possess an ability to be collaborative with, and communicate clearly and effectively, with all types and levels of customers.
∎ Must maintain positive attitude when dealing with customers.

Salary:
∎ Starting Salary 15000.
