∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing import plan & their inventory management.
∎ LC related documents preparation and LC opening through banks.
∎ Perform periodic inventory count & maintain accuracy. Keep check on inventory health at warehouse. Raise alert time to time.
∎ Review Supply Chain cost periodically & ensure spend well within budget.
∎ Coordination with associated transporter, Freight Forwarder & day-to-day operational need.
∎ Ensure on time delivery from logistics service partners as per expectoration.
∎ Review back order with planning team on suitable intervals to minimize the Gap of material availability against forecast and customer order.
∎ Ensure that appropriate KPIs are tracked, reviewed monthly and actions taken to meet defined targets. i.e. Customer complaints, Order Processing lead time, Documentation lead time, Cost associated to system etc.
∎ Coordinate & lead the internal and external stake holder to resolve operational issue.
∎ Coordinate with demand & supply planning team to ensure balanced approached for production, sales & inventory management.
∎ Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Technical understanding of all Supply Chain fundamentals (Local & International), in all functional areas: planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, etc.
∎ Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and numbers.
∎ Ability to process structured/unstructured data, data cleansing.
∎ Ability to visualize, articulate problems/patterns from data, and interpret the causes of problems is key for this position
