Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assigned person will be responsible to collect competitive quotation from vendors as per requirement
∎ Prepare purchase order/follow-up with the vendor for delivery within agreed time line
∎ Local/LC opening/ documentation follow up
∎ Analyse market and source for the procurementPrepare comparative statement for the approval
∎ Check and process the suppliers' bill for Pharma RM-PM & Pharma Promotional Item
∎ Complete all approval process and then forward bill to finance/Audit
∎ Meet the query of Audit and Finance regarding bill
∎ Maintain communication with suppliers & Factory
