Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assigned person will be responsible to collect competitive quotation from vendors as per requirement
∎ Prepare purchase order/follow-up with the vendor for delivery within agreed time line
∎ Local/LC opening/ documentation follow up
∎ Analyse market and source for the procurement
∎ Prepare comparative statement for the approval
∎ Check and process the suppliers’ bill for Pharma RM-PM & Pharma Promotional Item
∎ Complete all approval process and then forward bill to finance/Audit
∎ Meet the query of Audit and Finance regarding bill
∎ Maintain communication with suppliers & Factory
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Effective negotiation skill
∎ Knowledge on terms and regulations for local and overseas procurement
∎ Well conversant in MS office
∎ Energetic and ready to work under pressure
