Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare tender, collect quotation, purchase order (PO) & CS as per requirement
∎ To negotiate prices with suppliers to meet the organization's expectations
∎ To visit market frequently & develop new suppliers
∎ To follow up suppliers to ensure priority basis delivery
∎ To purchase Electrical products, Spears Parts, Machines, Etc. as per requirement
∎ To communicate with the Finance & Accounts Department for payment
∎ To communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
∎ To maintain liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers
∎ To Identify the improvement of operational areas & prepare the action plan
∎ To Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ MS Word, Excel Proficiency
∎ SAP Knowledge
∎ Quick decision making capability
∎ Proactive, Smart and positive attitude
∎ Sincere & Honest
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Sourcing and negotiation skill
∎ Basic pharmaceuticals-related knowledge
