Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Sourcing through preparing weekly and monthly sourcing and procurement reports
∎ Take part in projects as functional master data management expert related to the definition, design, build and implementation of ERP in respect of master data management (MDM)
∎ Ensure data governance and data integrity by coordinating data management effort across the organization
∎ Troubleshoot issues related to material master, supplier master and identify opportunities for improving data management process
∎ Keep constant communication with stakeholders in order to continuously improve ERP
∎ Co-ordinate and provide 'End Users Training' related to MDM in scope of IT solutions
∎ Keep continuous communication with all IT representatives from each BU in respect of MDM
∎ Collect and analyze day to day transactions of direct materials and prepare recommendation for efficient procurement plan
∎ Take part in IT equipment procurement process such as preparing RFQ, CS, Approval Note, PO and collection delivery challan, MRR and ensure on time supplier payment.
