Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive engineering requisitions with necessary documents from Factory Engineering and Project Management Department, ensuring smooth execution, and prepare a procurement plan accordingly
∎ Gather quotes from various suppliers, confirm technical details with relevant departments, create a Comparative Statement (CS), negotiate pricing while considering quality and service, and generate the Purchase Order (PO)
∎ Collaborate with civil engineers to align architectural and structural designs with plant layouts and production needs. Develop preliminary designs, HVAC load calculations, and systems, review and create P&ID, formulate BOQs for Utility systems, and assess Single Line Designs (SLDs) and local electrical calculations
∎ Examine qualification documents including DQ, FRS, IQ, OQ, and PQ to ensure compliance and readiness of production and utility facilities and equipment.
∎ Monitor timely deliveries, maintain procurement records, facilitate smooth payment processes, and consistently explore alternative sources for improved pricing and quality
∎ Any other necessary work assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having experience in engineering procurement will add an advantage
∎ Expert user of MS Office, AutoCAD
