Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern project/units/ department requirements;
∎ Ensure best quality of materials with economical rates within the budget;
∎ Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications;
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications;
∎ Develop alternative sources of supply & smart supplier's database;
∎ Have procurement experience in IT equipment Furniture, Interior Items, Home Appliance, Water Proofing & Leakage Treatment, Landscaping, Corporate Gift, AC, Copier Machine, Branding, Online Service Restaurant Items etc;
∎ working knowledge on ERP/SAP environment for software base purchase documentation & control over material delivery;
∎ Ensure checking of price of the procured goods by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statements;
∎ Collection and processing of bill for ensuring timely payment;
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer proficiency over MS Word & MS Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
