∎ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in SCM planning, sourcing, procurement (foreign/local), production manufacturing/packaging), R&D (formulation/ packaging materials development), QA (compliance, IPQC, vendor approval), or related fields within a reputable pharmaceutical company
∎ Adequate knowledge of ERP software (SAP) is preferable
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications
∎ Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
∎ Creative and innovative mindset with a self-driven attitude

∎ To support and strengthen our existing team we are looking for smart, ambitious, energetic, intelligent and committed individuals for the position:
∎ Develop a procurement plan for packaging based on production requirements, ensuring optimal inventory levels
∎ Receive packaging material requisitions from warehouse and PPIC
∎ Monitor packaging material inventories to ensure smooth production and maintain safety stock levels
∎ Collect price quotations (RFQ), prepare comparative statements (CS), and generate purchase or work orders
∎ Follow up on packaging material deliveries (JIT) from suppliers according to PPIC plans
∎ Select vendors in accordance with company policies and strategies, ensuring the 5Rs of Supply Chain
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness
∎ Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply operations
∎ Analyze packaging material inventory status, including blockages, expiry, and obsolescence, and generate reports to support decision making
∎ Support marketing and production departments for new product launching
∎ Initiate cost-saving measures
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management
