∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacology, Diploma in Commerce in Supply Chain Management, Diploma in Medical Technology in Pharmacology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ M. Pharm from any reputed university
∎ M. Pharm in Pharmacology and diploma or any other professional degree in Supply Chain Management will get preferences

∎ Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source raw materials for new products and alternative suppliers for herbal and nutraceuticals
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers
∎ Evaluate supplier performance and identify new suppliers in coordination with relevant departments
∎ Arrange samples from new sources for analysis and development related work
∎ Ensure vendor qualification by collecting necessary documents for approval and registration
∎ Coordinate with PPIC for material requisitions, production planning, and product supply
∎ Negotiate prices, analyze feasibility reports, and prepare comparative statements
∎ Select suppliers based on quality, cost, and compliance with WHO, FDA, and EU-GMP standards
∎ Collaborate with customs, banking, and regulatory teams for import and product registration processes
∎ Gather documents for import permits and prepare brochures/dossiers according to the guidelines
∎ Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth product supply
∎ Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
∎ Ensure availability of analytical consumables based on purchase requisitions from all Beacon Group units
∎ Plan procurement locally or internationally from various suppliers
∎ Collect and compare price quotations
∎ Negotiate with suppliers, prepare comparative statements (CS), and issue purchase orders after approval
∎ Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery
∎ Develop new and alternative sources for analytical testing
∎ Ensure timely supplier payments
∎ Minimize overall costs
∎ Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
