Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Local Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for assisting the supervisor in planning and executing Local Procurement and acquiring total understanding on the supply chain system of NACL.
∎ Develop and manage Local Procurement and oversee the execution of the same in line with the forecasted and actual sale position.
∎ Coordinate with factory personnel for having updates on products' stock level, buffer stock and new product launching plans to manage material requirement planning and inventory control.
∎ Meet/ Contact with suppliers to get regular price update, discuss performance metrics and to provide performance feedback
∎ Communication with local supplier for price, quotation & work order.
∎ Collect product requisition.
∎ Prepare work order and Check supplier bill.
∎ Prepare local supplier liability position and payment schedule.
∎ Local purchase & ensure timely delivery of the materials.
∎ Maintain work order register, supplier register, and local purchase register to keep any on all commercial activities of the organization.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bengali & English typing skill
