∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA / BBA / M-COM in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ MBA / BBA / M-COM in any discipline from any reputed University.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have Desire and interest to learn the documents related to the Import-Export, Bill of Entry & LC.
∎ Must have experience in operate computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application.
∎ Search for new and alternative supply source and update vendor database.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
∎ Prepare purchase related documents.
∎ To coordinate with Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ Should show proper etiquette towards subordinates and higher authorities.
