Commercial Supply
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sourcing, Negotiation, Comparative Statement approval, ordering, Delivering, follow-up and assuring supply of Non-Medical items for various department such as Hospitality (F&B Service, F&B Production, Food Village & Laundry) by following supply chain manual and through complying 100% law of land and regulatory formalities.
∎ Handling product complain, Return to Suppliers and compensation.
∎ Process invoice for payment.
∎ Provide assistance to the supervisor for carrying out the smooth operation of supply chain & inventory control in respect of materials, assets & services by developing & maintain an efficient receipt & issue of requisite materials through organized and secured storing of materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Knowledge in Supply Chain Management.
∎ Process oriented.
∎ Record management skills.
∎ Professional knowledge.
