Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed university.
∎ (Candidates having Major in SCM/Professional certification in SCM will get preference)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution, supply chain management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time invoicing at SDMS & prepare delivery schedule.
∎ Receive payment, notify and adjust with business wise customer code.
∎ Receive shipped and local products and input into software.
∎ Execute audit assignments in accordance to ACI's policy.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of process control of supply chain unit.
∎ Check and identity shortcomings in showroom, warehouse and head operations.
∎ Make frequent tours to showrooms/warehouses and ensure smooth supply chain operation.
∎ Prepare scheduled reports and presentations for senior management and assist with data in decision making.
∎ Follow SOPs for supply chain operations and suggest necessary updates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Interest to work in automobile, agri & construction machineries Industry
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
∎ Strong communication skill with positive mind-set, adaptability & flexibility.
∎ Willing to travel extensively across the country.
∎ High social skills.
