Commercial, Distribution, Logistic, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the competent Supply Chain & Accounts Executive to maintain and report on the company`s inventory.
∎ A successful inventory executive is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities. They possess great attention to detail and a business mindset.
∎ The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily stock and inventory management, control, calculation across all warehouses.
∎ Weekly 3 time branch visit, oversee, measure the stock, product info to balance demand and supply management.
∎ Daily cash memo collection, record-keeping and maintain balance sheet.
∎ Manage and collect all types of token, statement preparation.
∎ Supervise, monitor and distribute the activities of delivery personnel activities and ensure timely delivery of product each destination.
∎ Receive sales proceeds from Delivery personnel and deposit the same with bank/authority after checking documents tallied with Delivery Register and Official Receipt.
∎ Petty cash management including submission of expenses statement to Head office Account for replenishment of fund.
∎ Responsible for depositing VAT and submission of return.
∎ Responsible for salary and allowances payment to employees and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Ensure timely checking of supplier invoices, employee expense, and other payments and maintains accurate records and control reports.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extended skill in Microsoft Excel & Google docs is must
∎ Flexibility to work hard & absorb new skill.
∎ Team player & punctual
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
