Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent must ensure the sufficient stock is available of store to avoid out of stock
∎ Maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per company procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Store must be made free from any pilferage.
∎ Delivery of materials according to floor requisition & maintain proper stock level.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to maintain overall delivery system like SO received, delivery as per SO, dealer wise register maintain, full time communicate with marketing officers & dealers by the mobile.
∎ The incumbent is responsible to maintain the overall raw material indent received, MRR, daily raw report.
∎ Manage proper inventory weekly or monthly basis & report to concern person.
∎ Recording and reconciling the raw materials and spare parts receive with the record.
∎ Recording all the issued materials in accordance with proper cost center.
∎ Update all the receiving and issuance of materials on daily basis.
∎ Reporting the consumption report weekly/monthly timely.
∎ Delivery of the received materials to the departments as per approved requisition
∎ Any other task as assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ The candidate should have experience as Executive Store in sugar Industry.
∎ The candidate must have knowledge in SAP
∎ The incumbent should have computer skills (Office Application)
∎ The candidate should have writing skill in Bengali & English
∎ He should be interactive & hardworking.
