Responsibilities & Context:

∎ We are looking for skilled, professional & well experienced Executive/Sr. Executive for Supply Chain Department.
∎ Maintain all the stock records in the warehouse- physical inventory & software inventory must always match Receive material requisitions from all the sections with proper justification.
∎ Develop and build a sourcing strategy and ensure that the Sourcing Team builds supplier relationships in such a way that supplier commitments of on time dispatch, quality and material costs are optimized.
∎ Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors or any other parties.
∎ Prepare a Forecast for inventory and Budgeting of material forecasting for the year.
∎ Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
∎ Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
∎ Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
∎ Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.
∎ Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
∎ Issue items in accordance with requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timely handover to individual sections.
∎ Prepare a daily stock report and submit it to the line manager.
∎ Keep track of the current stock level of all items and place purchase requisitions to the Supply Chain Department considering the lead time, minimum stock, and warehouse space.
∎ Remain present at the receiving point to verify material compliance with Purchase Orders (PO) and Quality Standards.
∎ Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories (weekly / monthly) to ensure inventory accuracy.
∎ Keep track of essential documents during material receipt, such as delivery challans, VAT challans, and invoices.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
