Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify savings projects within the sites and negotiate cost savings for direct/indirect categories
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies based on the needs of the business
∎ Identify cost savings opportunities and manages cost reduction activities to achieve annual cost reduction goal
∎ Report category activities regularly
∎ Analyze spend to optimize company performance and efficiency
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify alternative product/suppliers facilitate qualification trials and conduct supplier management to drive continuous improvement
∎ Establish and maintain ethical and professional relationships with vendors
∎ Assist with projects involving sourcing new Suppliers, RFQ, negotiations, selection, and contracting indirect products and services, performing spreadsheet analysis.
∎ Manage supplier contracts and any modifications within contracts (expiration dates, renewals)
∎ Coordinate projects/tasks with local and remote teams as required
∎ Create POs for relevant internal stakeholders, coordinate based on suppliers delivery conditions
∎ Drive manual PO reduction and implement proactive efficiency
∎ Facilitate functional teams regarding major fulfillment issues (cost, quality, delivery, customer service)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated reporting skills
∎ Experience managing Indirect Spend
∎ Strong computer skills, with competency in ERP process
∎ Remote stakeholder and supplier management
∎ Excellent execution skills and Project Management experience preferred
∎ Manufacturing experience preferred
Salary: Negotiable
