Job Context:
∎ BioTech Services is a company dealing with Marketing and Distribution of Diagnostic Equipments and Reagents at different Diagnostics and Hospitals in Bangladesh. BioTech Services is well known for providing excellent Service support to it`s valued Clients. BioTech Services is the exclusive distributor of Sysmex Corporation-Japan, Roche Diagnostics-Switzerland, Arkray-Japan, Helena Biosciences Europe-UK, RR Mechatronics-The Netherlands etc.
∎ Executive/ Sr. Executive, who will be working in Sales & Marketing team for enhancing mostly Sysmex brand and Roche brand, increasing brand awareness and accordingly providing after-sales-support through point-of-sale and build up good communication with our valued Customer.
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office (Dhaka).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Weekly customer visit plan and follow up regularly
∎ Develop sales strategy & plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives.
∎ Define customer segments, identify needs, prioritize markets and drive insights across the organization into all areas of markets.
∎ Manage day to day Marketing activities of the Organization and taking long-term strategy/ initiative.
∎ Achieve sales target Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
∎ Establishes Sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for prospective customers, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Monitors Competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Guides preparation of sales activity reports and presents to senior Management.
∎ Recommend guideline throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Identify, Target and Develop business relationships that are aligned with the strategy of the company to support & grow.
∎ Coordinate with clients and partners to qualify and make successful proposals and close deals.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years' experience for Executive position in Marketing & Sales in similar field.
∎ Self-directed and proactive, able to think beyond the immediate problem and drive with minimal guidance/oversight;
∎ Proficient with MS Office Tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, Power Point etc.);
∎ Professional and fluent skill in spoken and written English.
∎ Ability to keep confidentiality where required, must be trusted & reliable to accomplish any given task.
∎ Strong analysis and planning skill.
∎ Smart, intelligent and strong communication skills.
