Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly sales reports based on business unit requirements
∎ Checking & Summarizing Monthly TA/DA Bill of Field Force
∎ Ensuring the Smooth Distribution of Sales-Related Equipment or Material
∎ Analyzing Sales Performance from Internal Sales Data
∎ Ensuring Smooth Operation of Sales Team's Salary, Attendance, and Other Requirements
∎ Coordinating Supervisor with Daily Reporting and Priority Task
∎ Ensuring Field Force Requirements with Proper Coordination with Other Departments
∎ Monitoring the Team's Progress, Identifying Shortcomings and Proposing Improvements
∎ Assisting in the Preparation and Organization of Promotional Material or Events
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure & work environment.
∎ Willing to travel locally if required.
