∎ Masters in Public Administration/ Tourism and Hospitality Management/ Journalism/ English from any reputed private or public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the faster processing/ renewal of Passport and VISA.
∎ Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements and all Embassy Formalities.
∎ Handling of Expatriates & foreign guests, arrangement of their transportation, accommodation / hotels, Visa extension, Work Permit processing etc.
∎ Coordinates protocol function of the authority and undertakes protocol duties for senior management during their departure & arrival to and from abroad.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, travel agents, passport offices, customs, and immigration authority.
∎ Develop strong liaison with Embassies of the countries frequently visited by the management.
∎ Update various legal documents from government offices
∎ Maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and law enforcing agencies.
∎ Make hotel and tour reservations, correspond and liaise with hotels or supplies.
∎ Collecting rent for the Company from different zones.
∎ Other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Visa Processing, Protocol etc.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Possess the ability to keep information confidential.
∎ Good in MS Word and Excel.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
