Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Machanical
∎ Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Interior Design from any recognized Institute.
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification or Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, Architecture Firm, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare board cutting plan, batch plan, and CNC design (if required) for every product.
∎ Prepare design and bill of materials (BOM) for a new product.
∎ Prepare 3D design, operation plan, and working drawing of a selected new product.
∎ According to the memo/order prepare customize design, cutting plan, and hardware list of running products.
∎ Prepare a cutting plan and Bill of Materials (BOM) for special products for tender/regular projects.
∎ Prepare knock-down drawings of fitting old products, prepare hardware requisition, and cooperate production officer about the knock-down process.
∎ Drafting, drawing, designing & detailing of existing products.
∎ Prepare the design of the Kitchen Cabinet, Wall Cabinet, and Interior Design (for office, home, shop, market, or project).
∎ Visit the project site or customer's point to collect the required data.
∎ Work on different projects under the supervision of reporting/assigned supervisor.
∎ Day-to-day coordination among various groups Production, Sales, etc.
∎ Preserve documents of all approved Products, customized/Project work.
∎ Visit the project site or customer's point to collect the measurement & required data.
∎ Must have knowledge of operation Plan, Boring Plan, Kit Packet list, Component list, Packet size, etc. before Start Batch production.
∎ Prepare Cost Analysis as per design.
∎ Others- as per business requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge of raw materials which are used for modern furniture and interiors.
∎ Basic knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques on product development.
∎ Basic knowledge of Bill of Materials/BOQ.
∎ Must need to have the knowledge of Art & Sketch, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Google Sketch Up.
∎ 3D Studio Max with V-Ray Render (optional).
∎ Fast in generating design.
∎ Candidates who have work experience in Furniture Manufacturing Factory (especially in Product Design & Development) will be added advantage.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet production target.
∎ Good communication skill (oral & written) in Bangla and English.
∎ Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented and work independently (if required).
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
