∎ Knowledge in ERP tolls. like as: SAP, Oracle, MS SQL, My SQL
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Planning

Job Context:
∎ Business Planning software tool develop & implementation gradually one by one module -
∎ Raw Material Planning Module
∎ Inventory Module
∎ Raw Material
∎ Semi/Finished Goods
∎ General Store
∎ Commercial
∎ Sales
∎ Payroll Module
∎ Production Module
∎ Accounts & Finance Module.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in conference room pilot testing, unit testing, integration testing, test case and test script preparation.
∎ Prepare user guides or SOP manuals and training materials, deliver end user training. Conduct training at factory end by involving responsible personnel from each department.
∎ Co-ordinate with Technical team members.
∎ Maintain the standard procedure of material & product handling according to the instruction.
∎ Play the role as a bridge, between H/O and factory. Continuous monitoring and conduct audit in different department as they follow the proper ERP guideline.
∎ Act as a person of Management Information System (MIS), will serve all types of information to the top management.
∎ Assist with Functional specification for customization, reports, interfaces and integration with existing systems
∎ Monitoring & controlling the all kind of operation efficiency as everyone can get the real scenario and take the necessary steps.
∎ Assist with data preparation, validation and migration (upload into the system).
∎ Assist with Master Data entry and management.
∎ Support Supply Chain department to achieve the ultimate goal.
