∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fire Alarm Expertise, Fire Protection and Detection System, Mechanical Design, Plumbing Design, Trouble shooting of Pump
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Executive / Sr. Executive (Mechanical Engineer) having experience in Real Estate or similar industry.
∎ 03 - 04 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate Company only.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge on Plumbing design, Ventilation system, Fire pump, Domestic pump, Fire alarm system etc.
∎ Lead the shop drawing review and approval between the vendors and consultant.
∎ Review MEP tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQ) and evaluate bids received from contractors.
∎ Lead technical discussions with various MEP vendors and support PM / Commercial Manager for finalizing contracts.
∎ Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment.
∎ Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with design documents & codes.
∎ Prepare and track various equipment deliveries and ordering by the client / trade contractors.
∎ Review and create RFIs during design coordination and ensure resolution with the design consultants.
∎ Review & comment MEP contractor’s bills in terms of QC.
∎ Implement strict Quality Control procedures on site.
∎ Lead Snagging, de-snagging and handover of low Side MEP works.
∎ Any other job related assignment from your superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Knowledge on ERP software system.
∎ Need sound knowledge in computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
