Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic plan for new product launch and the marketing plan for the assigned products.
∎ Manage the implementation of assigned elements of marketing plan.
∎ Develop & implement new product launch plan and make them brand leader.
∎ Formulate and implement winning brand strategy.
∎ Translate the product related scientific findings into market messages in order to communicate to the physicians through Field Forces.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to ensure open communication and to work in the field for joint call with the field force to understand the market, competition and customers need as well as their attitude.
∎ Maintain up to date knowledge of the pharmaceutical market (particularly the relevant therapeutic areas). Monitor the competitors’ activity and develop a close professional relationship with key opinion leaders in the therapeutic area.
∎ Analyze and provide regular feedback on sales achievement and competitors.
∎ Monitor the Product Promotional Expenses with respect to the sales achievement compared to sales budget.

Salary: Negotiable
