Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design concepts for various real estate projects, including residential apartments, office spaces, and commercial establishments.
∎ Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate interior design plans seamlessly into the overall building design.
∎ Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, 3D models, and material specifications, to communicate design concepts effectively.
∎ Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting fixtures that complement the overall design theme while adhering to budgetary constraints.
∎ Keep abreast of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design and incorporate them into the design process when appropriate.
∎ Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure the timely procurement and installation of interior design elements.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor and oversee the implementation of interior design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
∎ Assist in creating marketing collaterals, including brochures and digital media, to promote our real estate projects effectively.
