∎ Job Location : Dhaka EPZ
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
∎ Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
∎ Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
∎ Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Management immediately.
∎ Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
∎ Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
∎ Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
∎ Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
∎ Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
∎ Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability.
∎ Follow-up all e-mail of Company Chairman & reports him details about those.
∎ Investigate quality control system and production tracking plan and maintain operational reports for management.
∎ Approve expenditures for materials, supplies and human resources, etc., and ensure that the labor, material and equipment are used effectively to achieve production targets
∎ Review issues in operations and confer with the administrative or technical staff to resolve them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-3 years' Experienced in relevant filed.
∎ The applicants should have experienced in the following business area(s):
∎ Textile/Garments accessories/Lingering product & experienced in any Export Processing Zones Area will get priority.
∎ Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing, etc.)
∎ Excellent knowledge in E-mail Communication.
