Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing a monthly tour program and doctor’s call program at the beginning of each month.
∎ Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
∎ Visiting customer premises on regular intervals and make sure to recall the prescribed Medical Consumables to the doctor as well as also checking availability to the chemist nearby and store in the hospitals.
∎ Briefing doctors about the existing product at the same time new/upcoming products as well.
∎ Submitting orders by referring to product literature through internet.
∎ Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
∎ Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc and make report on changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
∎ Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly, monthly sample allocation sheet and annual territory analyses.
∎ Covering all the areas and maintaining a list of doctors/hospitals and building relationship with them (Supply chain management also).
∎ Leading & organizing clinical meeting for customers to inform product features, benefits etc. and also to clear technical queries.
∎ Monitoring Credit Customers and follow-up recovery.
∎ Making good relationship with the management of Supply Chain/Inventory to follow-up the stocks in hospitals/clinics
∎ Performing any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-4 years of experience in Pharma sales if Healthcare device experience is less than 2 years.
