Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Architecture with 05 years experience.
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture with 07 years experience.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Construction engineering, Construction Estimating, Effective Communication Skill, ERP Implementation, Good Computer Knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Preferably Real Estate and Construction Company, Real Estate Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
Job Context:
∎ Applications from Civil Engineers / Architects are invited for the post of Customer Service having experience in Real Estate or similar industry.
∎ Capable and skill in riding motor Bike in Dhaka city with valid driving license.
∎ 05 - 07 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with construction department regarding client's need.
∎ Give reminder to the clients for upcoming necessary schedule.
∎ Maintain project wise client's database.
∎ Handle clients' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients and keep them update on relevant related issues.
∎ Identifying and assessing client's need to ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Assist clients by solving their disputes.
∎ Build a good relationship and trust with client through candid and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Discuss offered products and ensure appropriate guidance.
∎ The ability to communicate clearly when working with clients.
∎ Providing necessary support to the Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable and skill in riding motor Bike in Dhaka city.
∎ Minimum 05 years work experience for Graduate Engineer & 07 years for Diploma Engineer.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
