Job Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ We are looking for hiring some experienced or fresher Executive/ Sr. Executive for our Customer Relationship Department. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing good relationship with our existing and potential customers by collaborating with sales team, factories and management to achieve company`s long term goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possessing excellent customer service knowledge to enhance customer support and resolving customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Collect information on customers demanding products/ Stock out products and also communicate with factory to restock products quickly.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement and generate leads.
∎ Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, dealers, management, factory and all departments to achieve qualitative and quantitative business goals.
∎ Maintain product availability report by coordinating with factories and provide proper information to sales team to increase sales.
∎ Analysis market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
∎ Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information to potential customers as and when required.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and factory to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the superior.
∎ Monitor customer's Complain/Problems/ Return/ Exchange issues and provide reports to management as per demand.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Be responsible, loyal, proactive and result oriented.
∎ Ability to handle customer's queries and ready to outdoor client visit.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Computer skill, Effective communication skills, Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ People who have working experience in customer relationship department will be given preference during the selection process.
∎ Ability to talk over phone for long time with customers.
