Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting & Customer Support at customer end.
∎ Follow up customers over phone as part of customer service.
∎ To identify the technical/service problems, solve the problem through technical team & give feedback to client.
∎ Maintaining of inbound & outbound calls related to technical support.
∎ Objective is customer satisfaction regarding our service & to retain customers for long as OptiMax user.
∎ Real life experience in LAN/WAN & structured cabling technology.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 36 years
∎ Should be smart, energetic with high proficiency in verbal & written communication in English.
∎ Customer focused and services oriented.
∎ Solid analytic abilities, good presentation and negotiation skills.
