Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound knowledge of HS Code, Shipping guarantee and original documents
∎ Co-ordinate among transport company, C&F agent, factory & approval of the bill from management
∎ Work on IGM amendment & co-ordinate different stakeholders
∎ Sound knowledge of SAP- MM Module
∎ Co-ordinate among different departments to fulfill user requirement
∎ Knowledge of opening LC, amendment & follow-up with bank
∎ Handle C&F agent & communicate with Govt. office. Example: CCI& E, Commerce Ministry
∎ Check PI, shipping documents for the correct HS Code & other shipment terms
∎ Close all provisional assessment files of RM, PM & co-ordinate with internal & External department
